About Constance
I'm Constance Smith, a senior marketing leader with over two decades of experience working with B2B technology businesses. I've led marketing at start-up, scale-up, and exit stage, and I've seen what good marketing looks like — and what it costs when it's done badly.
Stancia exists to give growing businesses access to that kind of experience, in a way that's flexible, practical, and built around what they actually need right now.
I founded Stancia because I kept meeting founders and CEOs who needed senior marketing thinking but weren't in a position to hire a full-time CMO. Stancia is my answer to that problem.

StanciaWhy Stancia?
The name Stancia comes from Constance, and from a belief that the best marketing comes from a place of ownership and conviction. I don't believe in marketing that hedges. I believe in being clear about who you are, who you're for, and why you're the right choice.
