The Process

Discovery
Before I make any recommendations, I spend time genuinely understanding your business, your goals, your market, your challenges. I ask a lot of questions. The better I understand where you are, the more useful I can be.

Direction
Based on what I've learned, I'll develop a clear marketing direction — priorities, positioning, channels and a plan for the next 90 days and beyond. Not a thick document. A clear, shared understanding of what we're doing and why.

Delivery
I don't just advise, I do. Whether I'm working alongside your existing team, managing external agencies, or leading delivery directly, I stay involved in the execution and make sure the work matches the strategy.

Review
We agree upfront what good looks like, and we review it regularly. I care about commercial outcomes: pipeline, revenue, retention, and reputation.
